Acorn TV is a streaming service specialized in series and movies from the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Since their arrival to Mexico, they allied with Kaleidoscopio in order to eliminate cultural barriers with the Latin American audience; their main objective was to build a strong community in the brand’s key social media.

We defined the voice that Acorn TV would implement in their social media through a comprehensive communication plan. The types of content and identity manual were established, including a crisis protocol, social listening and adequate storytelling to connect with the target audience. In addition, we create a creative concept, which can be seen in all of the brand’s online and offline communication channels and is constantly updated.
