Presentation of the new generation of remote connection in Mexico
TeamViewer, a world-class technology company, chose Guadalajara, Jalisco, as its gateway to the Latin American market. The challenge we faced was significant: TeamViewer chose us as its communication partner not only to introduce the brand in Mexico but also throughout the LATAM region.
Our objective was to engage key audiences and establish an effective dialogue around the brand. This involved designing communication strategies that resonated with various audiences, from important government figures, chambers of commerce, academic directors, companies, and the press, all of whom could benefit from TeamViewer's business offerings.
A great turnout of media and personalities to attract attention
We summoned the most important media outlets, both from Jalisco and Mexico City, to cover the first press conference where we announced TeamViewer's arrival in Mexico. Additionally, we collaborated with technology opinion leaders, organizing a Famtrip for them to visit the offices and personally interview the executives, including: Ramiro Escotto, Reforma Gadgets, El Sol de México, Erik Contreras from Geekzilla and Jesús Guzmán from Brujería Tech.
291 publications in radio, print media, online, and social networks.
At the inauguration event in Guadalajara, we managed to bring together prominent figures such as Alfredo Patrón and Alfonso Pompa, Secretary of Innovation, Science, and Technology of the State of Jalisco, who discussed potential partnerships between the government and TeamViewer in terms of technological development, innovation, and education. Our efforts were reflected in the support of government officials who, through social media, welcomed TeamViewer and highlighted the importance of its arrival in Guadalajara, ensuring that the event also served as a valuable networking space. Notable media outlets included: Jalisco TV Noticias, W Radio, N+, Canal 13 de Guadalajara, Heraldo Radio, NTR Guadalajara, El Universal, Quadratin, Forbes, Multimedios Guadalajara, Excélsior, Global Media, Plano Informativo, among others.
The success of this first event was crucial, not only for establishing TeamViewer's presence in Mexico but also for inspiring the company to plan a very special celebration that would further solidify its commitment to the Latin American market.
